Yes, we ship worldwide!

Yes we accept accept any currency, even the currencies that are not listed in our “Currency” tab.

The shipping costs are different for each country, you can easily see the shipping costs at the checkout after filling in your address. Please note: Import duties, taxes and custom fees may apply(not always). These charges are always the responsibility of the customer and must be paid.

Since everything is custom made, we need around 2-6 weeks to ship. Once shipped, arrival time of packages may vary from country to country. The Netherlands: 1-2 working days Europe: 3-5 working days US and the rest of the world: 3-5 working days. TA Customs cannot be held accountable for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to our control.

Yes, our custom shoes are made with the best products on the market. All shoes are 100% waterproof and scratch resistant. They are of course custom made shoes, so we recommend treating them nicely.

Yes, all the shoes we use are 100% authentic. Every treatment on the shoe is custom made.

Yes, it’s possible to cancel your order. Only WITHIN 48 hours. After the 48 hours we immediately source the materials needed for the custom shoes and the base shoes in the ordered size.
