2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our webshop.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.
3. Products
Our products may include custom, handmade, or personalized items.
Because many items are handcrafted or custom-designed:
Each product may be unique
Colors may slightly differ from photos shown on the website
Small variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the products
These differences do not qualify as defects.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed and payment has been completed, the order becomes final.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
5. Prices
Once an order has been placed and payment has been completed, the price shown at checkout is final. We will never request additional payments or increase the price after the sale has been completed.
Shipping costs will be calculated separately during checkout.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply (not always). These charges are always the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed before an order is processed or shipped.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Other payment providers available during checkout
Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product and shipping destination.

For custom or handmade items, production time may apply before shipping.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union normally have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order.
However, according to EU consumer law, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.
Therefore:
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

However, there are exceptions for our ready to ship products;
Ready to Ship Products
Products sold on our Ready to Ship page are eligible for returns.
• You may return your order within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
Custom Made Products (No Returns)
Custom made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or canceled.
Custom made products include items that are:
• made to order
• personalized or customized based on customer preferences (such as design, color, size, or style)
By placing an order for a custom made product, you acknowledge and agree that returns and cancellations are not possible.
Not sure about your size? Check the size guide on this page or visit a physical store to try on the shoes before ordering. Custom made sneakers cannot be returned due to sizing issues.
Exceptions – When a Solution Is Provided
If a custom made product is:
• damaged upon arrival
• delivered incorrectly
• not in accordance with the agreed specifications
Please contact us within 48 hours at of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Depending on the situation, we will offer:
• repair
• replacement
• or a (partial) refund

9. Complaints
If you have a complaint about a product or order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution.

10. Intellectual Property
Some products may be created using authentic sneakers from well-known brands such as Nike, Adidas, or similar brands.
These brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
TA Customs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to these brands. Our work consists of independent custom artistic modifications applied to legally purchased products.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from improper use of our products.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in The Netherlands.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately once published on the website
